Simran, a name given to me by my grandmother, means remembrance of the divine; to live in continuous prayer.

With over a decade as a professional dancer, yoga teacher, somatic facilitator & self mastery mentor : I help you decode the language of your body so your soul and your vessel can finally communicate clearly.

My work weaves nervous system regulation, womb wisdom, tantric embodiment, ancestral roots and faith so that women can reclaim their bodies, their sensuality, their innate power and lead from a place of divine direction instead of hustle.
