  • Use a tailored practice (breath-work, reflection, guided visualization or emotional release) to unlock what’s stuck
  • Do a scan of your energetic body and what may be stuck or clogged in the spiritual realms
  • Integrate the shift so you leave with clarity, a next step and a deeper connection to your inner yes/no
